T-MOBILE WAREHOUSE AND OFFICES, PINE BROOK, NJ

Scope of project:
• Build new offices, conference room and bathrooms.
• Renovate and paint the warehouse (260,000 square foot), existing offices, foyer
   and conference rooms.
• Add new carpets and floor-to-ceiling fencing to separate various work areas.
• Tile bathroom floors.

Challenge:  To coordinate plans, permits and inspections with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs in Trenton during a tight timeframe over the course of several months.

Result:  Precision Building & Construction met all deadlines from both T-Mobile and the state.
