Scope of project:
Four-day office renovation that included:
• New carpeting, office, conference room, kitchen area and suspended ceiling.
The following weekend new glass doors and carpeting were added.
Challenge: To complete the project during the Thanksgiving weekend with minimal disruption to the office, coordination with electricians and plumbers was crucial. In order to meet the deadline, Precision Building & Construction did prep work several weekends before Thanksgiving.
Result: The project was completed on time and on budget and the tenant's operation was never interrupted.
