A circa 1803 working farm that is one of the most complete examples of a 19th century agricultural complex in Morris County. Listed on both the national and state historic registers.
Scope of project:
• Rebuild wraparound porch from the foundation up.
• Repair copper roof and repoint parts of the foundation and chimney.
• Add standing seam copper roof, new copper gutters, reline and rebuild box
gutters and soffits.
• Replace fascia boards and leaders.
• Remove and repair siding.
Challenge: The entire front porch had to be completely replaced.
